In this case, a commission will be charged on the sale value.

Timber Purchase and Sale Agreement for Paulownia Brasil

For a minimum of 1500 seedlings planted, we can establish a timber purchase contract where we set a purchase price for the first cut (in 8/10 years). In this model, you decide to entrust us with the purchase of your timber from the beginning of your planting, guaranteeing a price per m3 of Paulownia from the beginning.
